1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Cr&#195;&#168;me Fraiche
1/3 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup dairy sour cream
Saut&#195;&#169; peppers and garlic in oil, stirring
frequently, until tender, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir

Yield: 10 servings
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 dash salt (optional)
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup cream
In top of double boiler combine all ingredients and cook,

2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
