Here are a couple variations of the dough:
#1 Dough
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 plus cups flour
#2 Dough
1 egg
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Crisco
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
#3 Dough
1 cup flour
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons water
Which ever you use, mix all ingredients to make a soft dough.

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
